General Questions

What happens if I have more than 10 users with a starter license?
If more than domain 10 users are found, the connector will only pull in data for the first 10 users. Support for additional users may be added by upgrading to a Business license.
Why do I not see all files in the dashboard?
Starter licenses limit the scope of data imported to the first 10 users and the last 100 files accessed. This limit allows us to quickly sync up the most relevant data and get you up and running quickly. If you need full visibility you can upgrade to a Business license for a full data sync.
Why do I not see any data in the activity tables?
Activity data is only available with the Google GSuite Business and Enterprise licenses. This is not a limitation by us but a license restriction enforced by Google. If you want full audit trails for users and files you should consider upgrading your GSuite to Google Business or higher, there are several benefits and we think it fits most organizations well.
What connectors are available beyond Google GSuite?
We currently have a connector for Slack which imports users, groups, channels and files shared on a channel. We are working on other connectors and would love to hear what connectors would be useful to your organization.
